Introducing the Cruise “Caliber Skeleton”- the latest iteration in our growing NAVIGATOR watch collection offering a harmony of intensity and ingenuity - which brings you into the beating heart of an icon, showing you the intricate inner workings of a powerhouse automatic caliber movement.

In choosing a skeleton model to build out the Navigator offering with a limited edition of 30 timepieces, Coralie Charriol continues to honor her father’s trailblazing heritage. The first Charriol Skeleton watch was a limited edition 18k gold Celtic watch developed 30 years ago in collaboration with the movements manufacturer Frédéric Piguet - an exquisite example of Haute Horlogerie.

Three decades later, it is time for Coralie to give the complex structural style her own interpretation. ​ Cased in the newly designed Navigator Cruise 36mm diameter, the presentation is a feat of Swiss engineering built to stand the daily wear of intrepid adventurers. ​ Charriol collaborated closely with Swiss caliber manufacturer Sellita to select top-of-the-line mechanics with the interior on display. The watch has an automatic movement with 38-hour power reserve, personalized bridges and oscillating weight, an inner ring set with 12 diamond hour-markers decorates the circumference of the sapphire dial.

The steel case features a bezel set with 36 full-cut white diamonds totaling 2 carats. The stainless steel link bracelets with DLC coating and a quick-release interchangeable bracelet system remain signatures of the Navigator collection.

“Skeleton watches are prized and collected among watch aficionados; traditionally it is an insider’s piece, and therefore usually reserved for the men’s lines.

Well I love a challenge, and I set out to design a beautiful skeleton caliber that would present the mechanics in a setting that appeals to our female clientele.

Women love sophistication and I think the framing and layers we have designed are the perfect showcase for the precision that lies within. The new piece is exquisite but not too precious; it is still a watch that keeps up with me. It has very quickly become one of the most special pieces in my own collection and reminds me of the watch my father wore regularly.”
